Leslie and I leave tomorrow for Assessment. This is our first big hurdle to planting a church. We meet with a team of people who will "assess" our ability to successfully plant. We are not worried about it at all, but really seek to hear God's voice speaking to us this week as we discover more about ourselves and about this process that we are beginning.

Hi Dean and Leslie,
We enjoyed reading your letter and are grateful you included pictures, particularly of Jamie. I wish we could have seen him in person before we left for England. We're in the same boat (no pun intended) as someone recently told us that the rain will let up in June! I'm glad you're continuing to home school. I still chuckle when I think back to the home schooling conference we attended years ago at the Phoenix Civic Center! We'll pray for all four of those items you mentioned as well as anything else that comes up on this blogger thing-a-majig. This is a new one for me!
